Refund policy

The quality of my work, and my customer's satisfaction is the highest priority. What you order is what you should receive.

Refunds:

If you purchase an item for Metalborn Creations, LLC and find upon receipt that there is a manufacturing defect (large dents, scratches, rust, warpage, missing paint/hardware), or that you have received an item or item variant that is not on your order form, I will refund or replace the defective item. 

No refund will be issued for damage cause by improper handling, displaying, or usage of Metalborn Creations items by customer.

Returns:

I am unable to accept returns of any items whether or not there is a defect present
